Cognizant is selling the building that has been it’s headquarters for over 20 yrs

Cognizant is planning to sell its 15-acre Indian headquarters in Chennai, which features 400,000 square feet of office space, located on the IT Corridor in Okkiyam Thoraipakkam. The property could fetch up to Rs 800 crore.
