Colorado Avalanche acquire defenseman Caleb Jones in trade with Carolina Hurricanes

The Colorado Avalanche has acquired defenseman Caleb Jones from the Carolina Hurricanes in exchange for forward Callahan Burke. Jones, who had a strong season with the Chicago Blackhawks, signed with the Hurricanes but recently cleared waivers.
