Contractor to pay Rs 5 lakh after 91 dead rats found at CSMT

Central Railway fined its housekeeping contractor Rs 5 lakh after discovering 91 dead rats in the motormen’s lobby at CSMT. Staff had to relocate due to the stench and protested against poor cleanliness. CR assured improved cleaning measures.
