Date and place final: PAU set to host Mann’s SYL debate on Nov 1

The AAP government will hold a debate between Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and leaders of opposition parties on November 1 at Punjab Agricultural University in Ludhiana. The debate will focus on issues such as the Satluj Yamuna Link canal. The Tagore Theatre Society in Chandigarh had previously clarified that no political conference could be held in its auditorium. The government has now booked the Dr Manmohan Singh Auditorium at PAU for the debate. The AAP spokesperson accused opposition leaders of running away from the debate.
