Delhi minister Gopal Rai launches green war room

The environment minister of Delhi, Gopal Rai, has launched a ‘green war room’ to combat air pollution during the winter season. The war room will have a 17-member team that will monitor and address complaints received through the Green Delhi App. Environmental scientist Nandita Moitra has been appointed in-charge of the war room. Additionally, an anti-dust campaign will be initiated in Delhi from October 5, and citizens are encouraged to report instances of dust pollution through the Green Delhi app.
