Delhi witnesses waterlogging, traffic congestion after heavy rain

Delhi experienced heavy rain overnight, resulting in considerable waterlogging and traffic snarls, especially in Central and South Delhi. The rain, which occurred between late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning, led the IMD to issue an Orange alert for expected moderate rain.
