Doctors not aware of procedure in cases of termination of pregnancy: HC

The Allahabad High Court observed that doctors in Uttar Pradesh are not well-versed with procedures for medical termination of pregnancy. The court instructed the principal secretary, Medical Health and Family Welfare, to issue a Standard Operating Procedure for all chief medical officers and medical boards across the state to adhere to.
