Earthquake of magnitude 4.3 jolts Afghanistan
Afghanistan experienced another earthquake, measuring 4.3 on the Richter Scale, just a week after a strong earthquake in Herat province claimed over 4,000 lives. This is the fourth earthquake to hit the country in quick succession. The recent earthquake occurred at a depth of 150 km. The Taliban-led Ministry of Disaster Management reported that the previous earthquake destroyed thousands of residential houses in Herat province, but no estimate of deaths or injuries has been provided.
