Excise policy cases: SC to hear BRS leader K Kavitha’s bail pleas on Tuesday

The Supreme Court was set to hear BRS leader K Kavitha’s bail pleas linked to corruption and money laundering cases on Tuesday. Earlier, the apex court sought responses from CBI and ED after the Delhi High Court denied her bail. Her counsel argued she has been in custody for months with charge sheets filed already.
