Eye on China, India & Singapore talk SCS, Quad; chip deal to boost ties

India and Singapore have elevated their bilateral ties to a comprehensive strategic partnership. Prime Ministers Narendra Modi and Lawrence Wong signed four MoUs covering areas like semiconductors, healthcare, skill development, and digitisation. They underscored the significance of regional security, peaceful dispute resolution, and cooperation in advanced manufacturing.
