Farmers hold mahapanchayat in Jind to press their demand of MSP and others

Farmers from Haryana and Punjab convened a mahapanchayat in Jind district under Sanyukt Kisan Morcha, criticizing the government for not enacting a legal guarantee for MSP. They cited numerous farmer casualties during protests and announced another panchayat on September 22 in Kurukshetra to address ongoing concerns.
