Filming starts on ‘Panchayat’ season four

Filming the fourth season of its hit series ‘Panchayat.’ Directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra and Akshat Vijaywargiya, the show stars Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, and others reprising their roles. ‘Panchayat’ follows Abhishek Tripathi, an engineering graduate, working as a panchayat secretary in a remote Uttar Pradesh village. The show’s third installment was released on the streaming service in May this year.
