Thermoverita Engineering in Talawade closed a year ago, associated with IAS Khedkar’s Audi. Neighbor Lawange and others confirmed inactivity since 2019, with Rs 14,700 in unpaid bills. Registered office in Chinchwad flat belongs to unrelated Rajendra Kulkarni. The abandoned factory has unused machines. Residents also verified no company office exists in the area.
