First ever Basanto o Boi mela inaugurated

The Kolkata Municipal Corporation ward 40, along with the publishers and booksellers guild, inaugurated the first edition of ‘Basanta Utsav o Boi mela’ at College Square ground. The fair has over 60 book stalls of reputed publication houses for book lovers. It was attended by renowned author Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay, other eminent literary figures, and dignitaries.
