Four held for raping 13-year-old in Tamil Nadu

Four young men from a village near Tindivanam have been arrested by the Tindivanam all-women police for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl they befriended on Instagram. The arrests were made after the girl confided in her mother, leading to a police complaint.
