Fresh tender for Shivaji Stadium bus terminus revamp likely soon

The New Delhi Municipal Council’s project to revamp the Shivaji Stadium bus terminus is expected to take at least six months to begin. The project, which was conceived four years ago, is still in the planning department. After the tender is released, the NDMC will select an agency and seek approval from the council. The project aims to create modern and eco-friendly green buildings with features such as fly ash bricks, thick glasses for maximum light, and a dual distribution system for water supply. The estimated cost of the project has increased from Rs 39 crore to Rs 57 crore.
