Gadkari orders probe into poor upkeep of Delhi-Mumbai, Amritsar-Jamnagar e-ways

Union road transport minister Nitin Gadkari has initiated an investigation into the maintenance of Sohna-Vadodara and Amritsar-Jamnagar expressways following numerous complaints during monsoon. The Central Road Research Institute will conduct this probe. Additionally, Gadkari ordered a review of Eastern Peripheral Expressway’s upkeep, stressing accountability and severe actions against those responsible for lapses.
