‘Good ideas will always have investors’: Goyal on ‘funding winter’

Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal believes that occasional roadblocks in the startup ecosystem will help it mature and come of age. He addressed concerns over waning fund flow in the sector at the ninth edition of The Economic Times Startup Awards. Goyal stated that a slight downturn in fund flow is not necessarily a bad thing, as it encourages businesses to focus on more serious activities and manage their money better.
