Google increases YouTube Shorts’ time limit, here’s how long they will be

YouTube Shorts will support videos up to three minutes from October 15, responding to creators’ requests for more flexibility. The platform also introduces templates for recreating Shorts, improved recommendation systems, and DeepMind’s Veo model for generating video content.
