Government to Ola: Must offer refund choices and ride bills

The Indian government has instructed Ola to offer customers a choice of refund methods, either bank account credits or coupons, addressing multiple complaints. The CCPA also directed Ola to provide invoices for auto rides, deeming their current practice an ‘unfair trade practice.’
