Gurgaon: Singer hires gangster’s kin to intimidate music firm head, held

The nephew of gangster Kala Jatheri has been arrested for making extortion calls to a music company director. The director alleged that Deepak alias Kaccha wanted the company to end its contract with singer Guru Haryanvi. Guru had a dispute with the company but did not want to terminate the contract. Guru had hired Kaccha to threaten the director, boasting about his connections with Kala Jatheri. Kaccha has two cases of murder and attempted murder registered against him in Sonipat.
