Heatwave conditions to continue over north India for next 2 days

IMD predicts a heat wave in north India for 2 days. Relief is expected as the western disturbance nears. Day temperatures may drop by around 2 degrees Celsius. Light rainfall and thunderstorms are forecasted in several states from June 18-20. Monsoons are likely to progress into more regions.
