IAS officer Tina Dabi, known for topping the 2015 UPSC exam and serving as District Collector of Barmer, Rajasthan, has introduced the “Navo Barmer” initiative to boost city cleanliness. During her inspection at Kisan Market, she educated shopkeepers on hygiene and warned them about fines or closures for non-compliance.
