‘Illegal and unconstitutional’: Atishi says AAP will move top court against BJP’s win in MCD standing committee

Delhi CM Atishi declared that AAP will seek Supreme Court intervention following BJP’s win in the MCD standing committee election. She alleged that the election was unconstitutional and violated the DMC Act. In response, Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva defended the legality of actions taken by LG and municipal commissioner.
