Indonesia and Australia sign defence agreement

Indonesia and Australia signed a crucial defence cooperation agreement, significantly enhancing their military relationship. The accord includes maritime security, counter-terrorism, and disaster relief, aiming to maintain Asia-Pacific peace and stability. The two nations will also conduct their largest joint military exercise in November, marking Australia’s biggest overseas exercise this year.
