Indus water dispute: India, Pakistan attend meeting in Vienna

India attended a two-day meeting in Vienna as part of efforts to resolve a dispute with Pakistan over hydroelectric projects in Jammu and Kashmir. India’s lead counsel, Harish Salve, was present at the meeting, which was convened by a neutral expert appointed under the Indus Waters Treaty.
