‘It falls short of … ‘: Why Lokpal denied to act on plaint against Sebi chief

The anti-corruption ombudsman Lokpal has refused to take action on two complaints against Sebi chief Madhabi Puri-Buch due to insufficient evidence. One complaint was filed by a Lok Sabha member, and another by Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra. The case is scheduled for further review on October 17.
