J&K polls: NC announces names of 32 candidates; Omar Abdullah to contest from Ganderbal

Jammu and Kashmir National Conference revealed its 32 candidates for the upcoming assembly elections in the Union territory, with Omar Abdullah contesting from Ganderbal. This development followed a seat-sharing agreement with Congress announced the previous day, where National Conference would contest 51 seats and Congress, 32. These elections will be the first since the abrogation of Article 370.
