Karnal doctors not to treat patients under Ayushman Yojana

City doctors in Karnal refuse to treat patients under Ayushman Yojana from July 1 due to Rs 18 crore pending payment from Haryana govt, as per Indian Medical Association. They seek resolution in a meeting with the deputy commissioner.
