Karnataka HC junks marital case ‘dressed up as black magic, theft’

A high court quashed proceedings against a woman and her friend, accused of black magic and attempt to murder by her husband. The judge deemed it a marital discord covered with baseless allegations. Proceedings against the husband, for cruelty and dowry demands, will continue, while charges against his mother were dismissed.
