Karnataka man, 70, protests spitting on road, is killed with machete

A 70-year-old man, Sidappa, was killed in Bengaluru district after advising Puneet Nayak against spitting on the road. Sidappa had reprimanded Nayak previously for similar actions, including improper garbage disposal. This time, Nayak reacted violently, leading to Sidappa’s fatal attack. Nayak, aged 23, has been arrested for the murder.
