KMDA initiates 2nd call for EM bypass-New town flyover

The Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority has made a second tender call for building a seven-kilometer flyover from EM Bypass to New Town after receiving only two bids initially. At least three bids are needed for the process. Construction is anticipated to commence by the end of this year.
