Kolkata’s Anish Sarkar becomes youngest rated chess prodigy at 3 years

Three-year-old Anish Sarkar from Kolkata has become the youngest rated chess player in history. His journey began just a year ago, and he already has an initial FIDE rating of 1555. Supported by his coach, Grandmaster Dibyendu Barua, Anish is part of a special training group and remains inspired by chess wizard Magnus Carlsen.
