Loss for 10 BA students as college & SPPU in blame game over marks

Ten students from Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce in Pune have lost a year of studies due to a mix-up in marks by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The university declared the students as failed, despite them having passing marks. The students have been trying to get their marks corrected since August, but admission dates for postgraduate courses have already passed. The issue is expected to be discussed at a senate meeting, with one member planning to protest outside the venue. The university claims the college sent wrong marks, while the college blames the university for the error.
