Lumax to acquire majority stake in Greenfuel Energy Solutions

Lumax Auto Technologies has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Greenfuel Energy Solutions. This acquisition will help Lumax enter the expanding green and alternate fuels market. Greenfuel supplies high-pressure fuel systems for CNG and hydrogen vehicles, serving major OEMs including Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles.
