Man convicted of wife’s murder on testimony of 12-year-old daughter

In a quick trial, a court in Sultanpur found a man guilty of murdering his wife, largely due to his daughter’s statement. The man strangled his wife in their SUV on the Purvanchal Expressway and attempted to harm his children when police intervened. The sentencing will be on August 12.
