Man dumps his girlfriend’s pet pythons after breaking up with her

Residents in the eastern suburbs of Sydney are searching for two pet pythons allegedly abandoned by a woman’s ex-boyfriend. The snakes, named Mango and Bagel, were last seen several days ago and their owner is offering a reward for their safe return. Local residents have joined the search, but concerns have been raised about the snakes’ ability to survive in the wild. Police have charged a man in connection with the incident. A professional reptile handler has highlighted the snakes’ vulnerability in the unfamiliar environment.
