Mars and Jupiter were observed in a rare celestial conjunction, coming closer than ever this decade. The two planets appeared just a third of a degree apart, providing a spectacular view in the eastern sky before sunrise. Although Jupiter appeared brighter than Mars, both planets illuminated the night sky beautifully. This cosmic event will be repeated next in 2026.
