Massive protest in Gujarat after man rapes friend’s 3-year-old daughter

Locals in Umargam protested at the Valsad police station demanding strict action against a man accused of sexually assaulting a three-year-old girl. The accused, a friend of the girl’s father, was apprehended in Maharashtra while trying to flee to Jharkhand. The minor is in critical condition, and police are investigating.
