Master Plan 2041 may be notified in Dec

The Delhi Development Authority’s Master Plan 2041 is expected to be notified in early December. The plan, which highlights inclusive development, environmental sustainability, and housing for all, is currently with the PMO and is expected to be approved by the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. The plan’s regulations and amendments, including land pooling and GDA policies, are being prepared separately and require approvals. The delay in approving these policies has resulted in the growth of illegal farmhouses in Delhi’s villages.
