Meta to limit some Facebook comments on Israeli, Palestinian posts

Meta Platforms, the owner of Facebook, has implemented temporary measures to limit unwanted comments on posts about the conflict between Israel and Hamas. The default setting for commenting on posts created by users in the region will be changed to only allow comments from friends and followers.
