Microsoft is not removing this 39-year-old Windows tool

Microsoft announced that the Control Panel is being migrated to the Settings app for a more modern experience, not entirely removed. Existing features will remain until fully transitioned. Paint 3D, launched in 2016, will be discontinued and removed from the Microsoft Store in November 2024, with users advised to use classic Paint and Photos apps instead.
