Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare excels in public grievance resolution

The Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare in India has made significant progress in resolving public grievances, according to a report. In September 2023, the department received over 11,000 public complaints, the highest among all departments. It also emerged as the top performer in grievance redressal assessment. The department successfully integrated the public grievance system with the Common Service Centre portal.
