Mocha hits Mizoram but spares other NE states

Cyclone Mocha fizzled out in northeast Myanmar, leaving a trail of destruction in southern Mizoram, but spared other northeastern states where the IMD had warned of heavy to very heavy rain due to the effect of the cyclone.
