More deaths from road crashes than wars, militancy and Naxalism: Gadkari

Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari stated that road accidents in India cause more deaths than wars or militancy. He highlighted the necessity for better road engineering and lane discipline. Gadkari also revealed initiatives for enhancing ambulance driver training and introducing international bus safety standards by 2025.
