‘Most wanted’ IS terrorist held ahead of Independence Day

Delhi Police’s Special Cell arrested terror operative Rizwan Ali, a member of an ISIS-inspired module, at the Delhi-Faridabad border. Rizwan had been on the run for over a year, changing locations frequently. The module had been preparing IEDs and conducting reconnaissance for attacks around Independence Day. A thorough operation is ongoing to capture other members still at large.
