Must inform complainants of bail hearings in Pocso cases: HC

The Karnataka High Court has stated that when an accused charged under the Pocso Act seeks bail in a rape case involving a minor, the survivor must be informed about the date of hearing. The court cancelled the bail of an accused who had not informed the complainant about the hearing.
