Nabha jailbreak mastermind Romy shifted to Amritsar jail

Ramanjit Singh Romy, the mastermind of the 2016 Nabha jailbreak, has been transferred from New Jail Nabha to Central Jail Amritsar for security reasons. Extradited from Hong Kong last month, his judicial custody was extended without questioning due to extradition treaty terms. The infamous jailbreak involved six inmates escaping.
