Nawab Malik back on NCP ticket against Mahayuti pick

Former minister Nawab Malik, facing a money laundering probe, has filed his nomination for Mankhurd-Shivajinagar as a candidate of Ajit Pawar-led NCP. This causes a rift within the Mahayuti alliance as Shiv Sena also fields a candidate for the same seat. Malik, who recently got bail, is confident of his victory, despite internal opposition.
