NCB action: Drug lord Akshay Chhabra, aide Jaspal Goldy to be detained in Dibrugarh

Notorious drug lords Akshay Chhabra and Jaspal Singh alias Goldy were detained under the PITNDPS Act to curb their smuggling activities, even while in jail. They have been linked to a syndicate that smuggled over 1400 kg of heroin. The NCB has taken significant actions against this international drug network, including property seizures and arrests.
